The Five Rites
Welcome,
This is a follow up to my last post on Qigong.
There are many ancient "exercise" practices that have been passed down through the generations. My favorite is Qigong. But another that I also enjoy is the Tibetan Five Rites.
The five rites consist of 5 exercises that take less than 20 minutes to complete. I have been practicing the five rites along with Qigong for over a year and will not stop!
If you have been meaning to start some type of activety to keep you healthy but cringe at the site of a gym, then check out the following:
My favorite ebook on the subject from Chet Day:
Tibetan Five Rites
An excellent and informative book:
Tibetan Five Rites - Fountain of Youth
