The Five Rites

Welcome,

This is a follow up to my last post on Qigong.

There are many ancient "exercise" practices that have been passed down through the generations. My favorite is Qigong. But another that I also enjoy is the Tibetan Five Rites.

The five rites consist of 5 exercises that take less than 20 minutes to complete. I have been practicing the five rites along with Qigong for over a year and will not stop!

Qigong for a Long Life of Vitality

EFT for Health and Happiness

Hello and welcome to the Self Help Review.

My goal with this blog is to provide you with useful information that you can put to immediate use to improve your life today! Along with these helpful posts I will also let you know about the latest self help products and self help books.

Just to give you a hint of what you will find, take a look at some of the areas I will cover:
